How to Eat

Once we know what to eat, the HOW becomes important. Almost every day, I eat one of the following types of meals. I usually mix up the ingredients to keep things new. They never get old, can be truly delicious, and are a great way to simplify cooking in a pinch.

Omelet. I eat at least three eggs at a time and never hesitate to pair it with uncured bacon. I always add a few veggies in addition to garlic and onion. So delicious, I'll eat them for dinner.

Bigass salad. Hat tip to Mark Sisson for this one. Every day at noon, I eat an enormous bowl of mostly spinach and veggies. I usually add Wild Alaskan Salmon, some fruit/berries/seeds, and a homemade herbal vinaigrette.

Meat plus one. Dinners should be delicacies, so I take my time cooking a nice cut of beef or lamb and pair it with a simple nutrient dense vegetable, like asparagus.

SNACKS ON THE GO:

Canned sardines
Beef jerky
Hard boiled eggs
Portable plants (apples, carrots)
Nuts/Seeds
